We are a fully virtual company, working at our client locations on an as needed basis. We work collaboratively and autonomously to deliver the highest quality deliverables to our clients.
We know that each of our employees has unique healthcare needs. That is why we engage with HealthSource RI for Employers to offer a marketplace of options to our team through Blue Cross Blue Shield or Neighborhood Health Plan. Affordable healthcare is our passion, so we cover 80% of the reference plan and you choose the plan that is right for you.
One of the ways we celebrate and honor your unique family is to provide domestic partner benefits through both our health and dental insurance providers.
We believe routine dental visits are as important as having an annual physical. That is why we have engaged with Delta Dental to offer Dental Premier, the highest level of coverage offered.
We offer three distinct “buckets” of paid time off:
- Traditional PTO – accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Every employee starts with 15 days off and earns another 5 days off at your three-year anniversary.
- Sick Days – All employees at the start of the year will receive 3 sick days. These days can be used for days you or a loved one are sick or have doctor visits.
- Holidays – 8 company-wide holidays and 2 floating holidays to use for celebrations unique to you such as religious observance, state specific holidays, or your birthday
Sometimes life just happens and you need extended time off of work to recover. FCG provides short-term and long-term disability insurance to all employees. In addition, we fully fund an Employee Assistance Program giving you access to talk to someone about the personal and professional challenges in your life and know you’re not alone.
We want to help you with your retirement goals. All employees, after a 90-day waiting period, are eligible to participate in our 401(k) program. FCG matches dollar for dollar on contributions up to 3% of your salary and then an additional $.50 on the dollar for contributions between 3% and 5% of your salary.
FCG encourages our employees to keep learning and growing. Annually, every employee has $1000 to spend on professional development. Examples are: tuition reimbursement if pursuing an accredited degree (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s), conferences, memberships to professional organizations, virtual learning/seminars.
